A. How AI Generation Works

When you use any generation feature in our app (images, videos, audio, upscaling, background removal, or video effects), the following process occurs:

1. Your input (text prompts, images, and/or settings) is sent from the app to our secure server (Firebase Cloud Functions).
2. Our server forwards your input to the appropriate third-party AI service (fal.ai, OpenAI, or VIDU) for processing.
3. The AI service processes your input and returns the generated content.
4. The result is stored in our cloud storage and made available in your app.

B. Your Consent

Before any data is sent to third-party AI services, we request your explicit consent through an in-app dialog that:

• Clearly discloses what data will be sent
• Identifies which third-party services will receive your data
• Provides a link to this Privacy Policy
• Requires you to agree before proceeding

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the app's Settings under "AI Data Sharing." If you withdraw consent, you will be prompted to consent again before any future AI generation.

C. Data Minimization

• Text-to-image/video/audio: Your text prompt, selected style, and generation settings only.
• Image-based generation: Your uploaded image (via secure URL) and associated prompt/settings.
• Video effects: Your selected photos, template, and prompt only.
• Prompt suggestions: Only pre-built template messages are sent — your personal content is not shared for this purpose.

D. No Training on Your Data

We do not use your personal content (prompts, images, or generated media) to train our own AI models. The third-party AI providers' use of data is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

• Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as your account remains active.

• Generated Content: Retained until deleted by the user or account closure.
• AI Processing: Data sent to third-party AI services for generation is processed in real-time and is not stored by us beyond the resulting generated content. Retention by third-party AI providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
• Consent Records: Your consent status and timestamp are stored locally on your device.
• Analytics Data: Aggregated for performance purposes (up to 2 years).

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us immediately.
